New clients are welcome. Request an appointment through Vello or call us, and our team will confirm a time with you. To help us get to know your pet, please bring:
- Previous medical records
- Vaccination history
- Any medications your pet is taking
- Notes on your pet’s diet and lifestyle
- Any recent changes you’ve noticed, such as appetite, energy or weight
Our clinic is calm and child-friendly, so the whole household is welcome to come along.
What happens at a wellness exam?
Pets are good at hiding illness, so a regular checkup is often the first place problems show up. Your veterinarian will do a nose-to-tail exam that looks at:
- Weight and body condition
- Eyes, ears, nose and skin
- Heart and lungs
- Joints and mobility
- Teeth and mouth
We’ll also talk about nutrition, parasite prevention, vaccines, behaviour and any questions you have. See all our services.
